Good to know

Your questions, answered.

What if I need it longer?

Call or text us to extend your rental for $40 per additional day. We’ll update your pickup arrangements.

How fast can you deliver?

We deliver 8am–8pm, 7 days a week. Same-day delivery is often available within 2–4 hours, subject to availability. Booking ahead lets us coordinate delivery for your arrival.

Is it hard to use?

No—just plug in and play. We set it up and show you how it works in a few minutes.

Who can rent supplemental oxygen?

Our rentals are available to travelers ages 8–99 seeking extra comfort at altitude. If you have a heart or lung condition, are pregnant, or are arranging oxygen for a child, consult a clinician before use.

Can oxygen help with altitude symptoms?

Yes! Supplemental oxygen can help relieve altitude-related headaches, nausea and fatigue by providing extra oxygen while you use it. It’s a simple way to support a more comfortable mountain stay. Everyone responds differently.

What if someone feels seriously unwell?

For shortness of breath at rest, confusion, trouble walking or severe symptoms, call 911. Seek medical advice for worsening symptoms. Do not wait for an oxygen delivery or rely on a rental instead of medical evaluation; descent may be necessary.
