Before you book

Do I need a prescription?

No. Our rentals are for comfort and wellness during your stay, and no prescription is needed.

How fast can you deliver?

We deliver 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Same-day delivery often arrives within 2–4 hours. Rush (+$30) and after-hours (+$40) delivery are available. The easiest option is to book ahead so it's set up for your arrival.

How do I get the Recovery Kit?

Book a multi-day rental at least 24 hours before check-in and use code LOCALVR. The kit arrives with your machine.

Is it hard to use?

No. We set it up and show you how it works in a few minutes. It plugs into a normal outlet and runs quietly while you sleep.

Who should rent one?

Anyone coming from lower elevation who wants to sleep and feel better at altitude, especially kids, older parents and anyone who has had a rough first night on past trips. If you have a heart or lung condition or are pregnant, talk to your doctor before your trip.

What if someone feels seriously unwell?

Oxygen is a comfort tool, not a replacement for medical care. For severe or worsening symptoms, contact a doctor or call 911.
